Both families have a 24TB SATA option, but X24 ST24000NM002H and Exos M ST24000NM001K are different drives with different platform positioning and published transfer rates. A retailer that groups them under “Exos 24TB” removes information needed for a sound purchase.

Exos X24 is the broader interface and security family
