Start with the exact Blackwell generation

GB200 and GB300 are both Blackwell-family rack-scale systems, but they are not the same commercial object. A quote should identify the exact platform, OEM implementation, memory configuration, networking option, support level and delivery window. If the document only says “Blackwell rack,” ask for a more precise configuration before using it as the budget baseline.
