Should You Use Quizlet?
It all comes down to Quizlet’s pros and cons.
It is a great tool to help students review and memorize specific terms and concepts.
If you notice unusually high grades or word-for-word answers, then it might be time to eliminate Quizlet from the teaching strategy.
You can always ask your teachers for their opinions, even though this is ultimately your decision.
Quizlet Live Teacher
Quizlet lets teachers engage students with a variety of learning activities and games that will help them to strengthen their understanding of the subject matter. Quizlet allows teachers to choose study material sets and modify them to fit their curriculum. Or, they can create new sets with custom terms, images, and audio. Quizlet Live allows students to play with their classmates or study at their own pace. Teachers can monitor student progress and identify areas that need improvement or extra teaching time.
Quizlet Live has two play modes: individual and group. This allows students to strengthen vocabulary and encourage them to be more accurate than quick in their answers. Students must work in teams to win the challenge. No one person has access to all the answers. Quizlet allows teachers to create classes and share sets via Google Classroom accounts.
